Washington Points Technical Help Advisory 2024-02 Concerning the Use of AI in ‎Insurance coverage

On April 22, 2024, the Washington Workplace of the Insurance coverage Commissioner issued Technical Help Advisory 2024-02 relating to “The Use of Synthetic Intelligence Programs in Insurance coverage” (the “Advisory”). The Advisory applies to “all Insurers.” The Advisory relies upon the “NAIC Mannequin Bulletin: Use of Synthetic Intelligence Programs by Insurers.”
