Supreme Court Blocks OSHA COVID-19 Mandate | Scott Insurance

In a 6-3 decision today, the U.S. Supreme Court docket has blocked the enforcement of OSHA’s emergency non permanent commonplace (ETS) associated to COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing within the office.  The ETS, which was initially introduced in November 2021 and has since confronted a number of authorized challenges, had established vaccination and testing necessities impacting employers with 100 or extra workers.

This resolution from the Supreme Court docket doesn’t affect a separate mandate particularly relevant to medical services that take Medicare or Medicaid funds, which stays in place.
