State Farm escapes legal responsibility in Maryland lawsuit over alleged false truck accident report

The plaintiff, William Younger, who represented himself, alleged that State Farm submitted a false accident report back to the Nationwide Accident Reporting Company, operated by LexisNexis, in reference to an incident that occurred on or about January 5, 2023, in a CVS parking zone in Largo, Maryland. On the time, Younger was insured by Progressive, not State Farm.
