A proposed class motion lawsuit filed in federal court docket in California alleges on-line prescription drug value comparability platform GoodRx and several other pharmacy profit managers, together with CVS Caremark and Specific Scripts, engaged in a price-fixing scheme by sharing pricing info and agreeing to not bid in opposition to one another on reimbursement charges for generic medicine.
