Meta Platforms Inc. faces an April 14 trial within the Federal Commerce Fee’s long-running antitrust lawsuit to interrupt up the corporate.
US District Decide James Boasberg dominated Monday that the trial will happen in Washington subsequent 12 months. The FTC’s case, which was filed in the course of the first Donald Trump administration, seeks to pressure Meta to promote its extensively used picture sharing and messaging providers, Instagram and WhatsApp.
