Ginger Purgatorio, govt vp and basic supervisor at Allstate, has been elected chair of the Insurance coverage Institute for Freeway Security’s Board of Administrators for 2025. Purgatorio takes over from Invoice Westrate, chair and chief govt officer of American Household Insurance coverage.
“I am honored to chair the IIHS Board and collaborate on the trade’s shared mission to make roads safer for all,” Purgatorio stated. “Collectively we are able to advance analysis and innovation that saves lives and leads to actual affect.”

Brian Deephouse, vp of Western markets at Auto Membership Enterprises, is chair-elect, and Daniel Halsey, president of private strains at The Hanover Insurance coverage Group, has been named vice chair.
