Gull Lake Nation Membership, close to Richland in Kalamazoo County, was not eligible for a mortgage, U.S. Lawyer Mark Totten stated.
A whistleblower filed a lawsuit towards the membership, and the federal authorities joined the case. The lawsuit names different Michigan golf golf equipment. Most paperwork within the case are sealed in federal court docket in Grand Rapids.
